Location: the hotel was adjacent to Riverfront and Train station and old town, restaurant nearby especially fast food like Mc D and Ipoh old town. The room was neat, well-kept and included a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

The location was strategic and magnificent with PARTICULARLY NICE views. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mad Ramen Bar. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

The location was magnificent, the staff was efficient. Everything was nice and within 10 minutes' drive of Sultan Azlan Shah airport. I thoroughly enjoyed the good-sized and well-kept room, and the pleasant view.

Simple hotel with excellant service in particularly good location short walk to food restaurants and hawker stalls, Riverfront and Train station and old town, and old town, heritage trail and great restaurants.

Convenient van shuttle, good for families with spacious rooms for playing board games. Excellent TV program selection, including family movies. Close to food spots.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel, I liked clean rooms and polite staff. The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. The location was great and absolutely perfect, for example, Ho Yan Hor Museum was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property. Took a walk around city center, located relatively close to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in the superior double room at Cititel Express Ipoh. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe, and a work desk, which were all great amenities. The hotel's location, only 0.8 miles from Ipoh downtown, was convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, we appreciated the on-site parking. it was a comfortable stay, as we have come to expect from Cititel Express Ipoh.

The staff was very good and polite and helped with the free parking.

Great-sized and well-kept room with good view, had a fine stay. Had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom. Its location relatively near Sam Poh Tong was strategic and excellent.

Convenient location for exploring town, limited in-room amenities , had to ask for extra pillows, free movies on repeat, good aircon.

This hotel is a great value for money with comfortable rooms, good views, and tasty local breakfast served on the top roof. Its location is spot on, located exactly at the center of town, and very close to the famous food stores in Ipoh Old Town.

No negative aspects to report. All was up to par.
